Compact Hepa Filter

Compact HEPA filter is also called high air flow V shape HEPA filter/V cell HEPA filter/ W-type HEPA filter. It is suitable for use in research and production departments requiring cleanliness below 100,000 grades.It adopts V-shaped low pressure drop glass fiber or PP fiber with mini pleated design.

Compact HEPA filter is specially designed and developed to meet the demand of large air volume under low resistance. Its high-efficiency series can reach a wind speed of 2.5m/s (500fpm) under the condition of an initial resistance of 250Pa. The filter material of the v type HEPA filter is made of ultra-fine glass fiber, and the filter material is folded by no clapboard technology formed and placed in a V-shaped frame.
Compared with the traditional type with partitions and large air volume, this compact air filter has the following features:
Longer shelf life:The expansion area of the filter material is twice as large as that of the traditional type, and the larger filter material area can provide a longer service life.
Improve filtration efficiency:Due to the increase in the area of the filter material, the filtration rate can be reduced, so high-efficiency products can easily reach 99. 99% at 0.3um.
Lower operating cost:Under the same air volume, the initial resistance of the traditional type is 1.3 times that of the v-type, so the v-type will bring energy saving effect.

Advantages

Solid outer frame

The V cell HEPA filter's outer frame is made of high-quality galvanized iron frame, fixed by rivets,has the performance of high strength, good toughness, no dust production, no dust accumulation. By using of low-volatility hot-melt partition glue,it can effectively prevent pollution to the clean room. The outer frame can also choose aluminum frame, ABS frame.

Filter media The filter material is made of fine waterproof glass fiber , which is made by wet forming process. It shows good performance ofuniform distribution, large dust holding capacity, small resistance, high strength. The HEPA (H13-H14) filter particle size is above 0.3um , ULPA (U15-U17) filter particle size is above 0.12um.

Application:Compact HEPA filter are mainly used in large-volume ventilation systems, such as power plants and other ventilation facilities that require a large air volume, it is also used asfront filter ofultra-high efficiency filters.
