Carbide Strip
Carbide strip, widely applied in woodworking and stone working. The grade selection is very important, hard grades can last a longer lifetime, however, the softer grade is more common when the machining or welding condition is not so good. We have developed grades with different hardness for various situation, as below
In some situation, carbide strip also can be applied as grinding machine support, because of the high hardness, wear resistance, the corrosion resistance of
tungsten carbide
. In this application, the length may be required to be more than 1m, for example, 1.2m, longest strip we made for the customer is 1.5m.
