lClamping system can adapt to different workpiece, with zero baffle as datum mark, and workpiece supported by rolling-ball working table.
lX & Y axes movements are controlledby servo motor and ball-screw driving.
lDouble-axis CNC system controls the positionof punching to automatically make the whole machineprocess.
lOperator may input the size of workpiece to computer for repeated calling program in the future.
APPLICABLE INDUSTRY:
This machineis used for punching and marking of joint plate in the field of iron tower. It is also used to punch and mark of metal plate.

lDrilling unit has the functions including rapid falling, slow work-feeding and quick feeding back to improve working efficiency.
lWhen editing, only need to input angles size, hole diameters, positions, and quantities by using CAD/CAM directly conversion.
lThe hydraulicstation adopts double pump, single motor, water cooling system, sleeve type couplingfor all pipelines. The glue of hose and coupling(EMB) are exported form Germany.
