APPLICABLE INDUSTRY:
This machine is used for the drilling processing for steel, stainless steel and composite material. It is mainly used for drilling (including blind holes) process of the tube plate, baffle plate in petrochemical machinery, air condenser, heat exchanger etc. And large flange manufacturing, and also for joint plates in building, bridge, iron tower, etc.
ADVANTAGES:
● The machine consists of left-and-right gantry base, middle worktable, Longitudinal movement gantry, slide carriage, power head, CNC system, recirculation cooling unit, automatic chip discharge system, hydraulic system, electrical system etc.
● Numerical control uses FAGOR8055 system, with USB connector and color LED panel, English interface. It can make spot / external PC workpiece input and be easily operated.
● The worktable is fixed, which is separate from the gantry, the gantry along the left-and-right base moving, this structure can guarantee the machine's higher accuracy than other suppliers machine's structure (worktable and the gantry fixed together).
● The machine has milling and tapping function, and can milling the seal groove and other grooves (user should supply special tools).
● The machine has 4 numeric control axes; a heavy linear guide is equipped on the lathe bed. The work table can make longitudinal movement along the guide(X axis), the gantry cross beam has a linear guide too; the slide carriage can make lateral movement along the guide (Y axis). Sliders are equipped on the slide carriage, a guide on power head which can make vertical movement on the slide carriage.
● The power head spindle driven by special frequency conversion motor and can make stepless speed regulation according to needs. The spindle is BT50 or BT40 taper hole. The drilling head, reamer or milling cutter can be installed by splice bar. The spindle box has a loose cutter cylinder (air and hydraulic pressure) for easily changing cutters.
