JMZ-1-2.0B Rubber & Metal Anti Vibration Mount
Rubber vibration isolator is the most widely used vibration isolator, it is widely used in various fields like the vehicle, shipping, automobile, plane, bridge and instrument. Rubber vibration isolator is using viscoelastic damping structure elastic deformation to achieve vibration reduction, it transfers vibrational energy to internal friction can of damping material with high transfer efficiency, it can be used in the state of compression and shear. In the application, it chooses the reasonable parameter for rubber material and damping structure, it will achieve a good purpose of vibration isolation.
Why is rubber used as vibration absorber?
1. It can be vulcanized with many kinds of shapes to adapt the requirements of space, it can control the hardness by adjusting rubber formula to meet the requirement of rigidity and strength from each direction;
2. it has enough internal damping for small static displacement, short but large dynamic displacement with good vibration isolation, it is good for crossing the resonance region and reducing high-frequency vibration and noise;
3. Elasticity modulus is much smaller than metal, it can make larger elastic deformation.
4. There is no slipper, so it is easy to maintain;
5. It is easy to install and tear down because of its small quality;
