HY-260 drill pipe hardbanding machine

This machine is with CNC system control, servo motor drive, the operation is easy、intuitionistic、stable、reliable with high drive power, antifatigue and long welding travel. For spindle, adopt fully sealed mechanical structure which can prevent the bearing from the corrosion of welding powder and smoke. In addition, the 90° vertical lathe structure can separate the welding cavity and transmission components of screw rod rail, and for mechanical part, the service life is long, and the large power axial-flow fan can exhaust the weld fumes. Closed shield, environmental protection, aesthetic. Besides, the electric cabinet can be controlled by internal thermostat for temperature control to ensure long time running.

Our hardbanding welding machine is approved by Arnco, America. This machine hasarcextinguishingcontrolfunction.

Welding capacity:

2 3/8″—8 1/2″ tool joint（It is available for 18° or 35° inclined surface、excircle, inclined surface can continues building-up welding）

Can weld hard banding on excircle of 9 1/2″ and less than 9 1/2″ common drill pipe and heavy weight drill pipe, drill collar etc.

Can continues weld hardbanding on drill pipe level or 18°

Can portable type, installed in container, weld drill pipe in the field

Can weld screw drill, bent housinghelical surface
