High-purity titanium carbide rods have stable performance
Titanium carbide round rods made of hard alloy have excellent electrical conductivity and can be used to make electrodes for electrical discharge machining. In the electrical discharge forming of precision molds, they can ensure low electrode wear and high processing accuracy. It has excellent fatigue resistance and is not prone to cracking under repeated impact loads, making it suitable for manufacturing tool components with high-frequency vibration. It is widely used as wear-resistant inserts in automotive molds, capable of withstanding long-term high-pressure friction without easy wear, thus extending the service life of the molds.
