Industrial titanium carbide rods are easy to weld and process

Titanium carbide round rods made of hard alloy have excellent electrical conductivity and can be used to make electrodes for electrical discharge machining. In the electrical discharge forming of precision molds, they can ensure low electrode wear and high processing accuracy. It has excellent fatigue resistance and is not prone to cracking under repeated impact loads, making it suitable for manufacturing tool components with high-frequency vibration. In the field of nuclear energy, due to its outstanding radiation resistance, it is often used as a processing tool for internal parts of nuclear reactors.
