Its thermal conductivity is 15% higher than that of traditional tungsten carbide round rods, which can quickly dissipate the heat generated during the cutting process and reduce the risk of tool wear due to overheating. The bending strength of the round bar can reach 2500MPa, featuring both high hardness and certain toughness, thus avoiding the problem of breakage due to impact during use.
