Industrial titanium carbide guide wheels - hard alloy
The hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels exhibit a broad operating temperature range, maintaining stable performance in environments from -100°C to 600°C. These guide wheels are suitable for both low-temperature frozen pipe manufacturing and high-temperature hot rolling processes. The hub and flange are integrally designed, eliminating the risk of detachment associated with welding or bonding methods, thereby ensuring structural integrity and extending service life to over 100,000 hours. In cable production, these guide wheels enable precise control of insulation layer concentricity, limiting deviation to within 0.05 mm and thus ensuring optimal electrical performance. Furthermore, the material demonstrates excellent thermal shock resistance; no cracking occurs when subjected to rapid temperature changes from room temperature to 300°C and back, making it well-suited for intermittent operational conditions. The guide wheels are available in a wide range of dimensions, with diameters spanning 50 mm to 500 mm and widths from 10 mm to 100 mm, allowing compatibility with various drawing and rolling equipment. In optical fiber and cable manufacturing, they provide accurate fiber guidance, maintaining optical attenuation below 0.2 dB/km and ensuring high-quality signal transmission.
