Industrial titanium carbide hard guide wheels

The guide wheel installation holes are manufactured to high precision, enabling the fit clearance with the shaft to be maintained within 0.005–0.01 mm. This ensures smooth rotation without vibration and enhances guiding accuracy. These guide wheels are available in a wide range of sizes, with diameters spanning 50 mm to 500 mm and widths from 10 mm to 100 mm, allowing compatibility with various drawing or rolling equipment. In optical fiber and cable production, they enable precise fiber guidance, maintaining optical attenuation below 0.2 dB/km and ensuring consistent communication quality.
