High toughness steel-bonded hard alloy rods
This carbonitride round rod (TiC) is formed by hot-pressing and sintering 99.5% high-purity carbonitride powder. Its diameter ranges from φ5 to φ100 mm, and the length can be customized (50 - 1000 mm). The hardness reaches above HRA92, the density is 6.68 g/cm³, and it has excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance (usage temperature ≤ 1600℃), and corrosion resistance. The surface of the rod is processed by precision grinding, with a tolerance of ±0.01 mm, a straightness of ≤ 0.02 mm/m, a dense structure without air holes, and a fracture toughness of ≥ 6.0 MPa·m¹/². It is widely used in hard alloy tool blanks, mechanical seals, mining drilling tools, and high-temperature structural components, etc. It can be directly processed and formed or used as an reinforcing body for composite materials. Its service life is 5-8 times that of traditional metal rods. Customization of size, tolerance, and surface treatment processes is supported. Vacuum packaging ensures no damage during transportation, providing efficient and durable core components for high-end equipment manufacturing.
