Lithium battery recycling equipment
废旧锂离子电池的预处理工艺主要是在回收的废旧电池排出后，利用机械设备进行破碎、磁选、风选、破碎、重选、筛分等工序，使正极和正极上的粉末负极片材料与铜铝箔有效分离，将电池视为含有贵金属的材料。
整套包括：撕碎机、锤式破碎机、皮带输送机、磁选机、细碎机、皮带输送机、振动分级筛、正负极细碎机、分析仪、除尘器、脉冲除尘器、惰性气体保护装置、电解液挥发物吸附净化系统、光氧低温等离子净化设备、电控系统及连接管路等。预处理工艺设备分为单体电池破碎部分和正负极片破碎部分。回收设备从废旧电池的人工分拣开始，经过电池组拆解、单体电池放电、粉碎、磁选、风选、振动分级筛分等设备。
