Blast Furnace Vibrating Screen
The blast furnace vibrating screen with big processing capacity and high efficiency is designed using in the mining, metallurgy, coal, chemical engineering and many other industries for screening, especially in the blast furnace. The vibrating screen has a size of 1m*2m-2.5m*6m with our patented WZYC serial linear self-vibrating. Its screen plate consists of bars which are made by ceramic or polyurethane. The screen plate has a function of self-cleaning and is highly durable. The seamless lining plate is riveted by HUCK bolts. The consisting material of lining plate is riveted by HUCK bolts. The consisting materials of lining plate of manganese steel, HARDOX, ceramic and polyurethane are available. In addition, the electric-hydraulic plate gate and vibrating feeder are optional.
