Coke Vibrating Screen
The coke vibrating screen is used for screening coke industry. There are two types of coking vibrating screen according to the mode of screen movement, which includes linear movement and circular movement. In a linear movement screen, a double shaft vibration exciter is equipped. Two motors without participating in vibration drive the screen move back and forth aided by the vibration exciter to achieve the purpose of screening. The mobile set adopts LDA driving device. In a circular movement screen, an eccentric block or eccentric shaft vibration exciter is equipped. The motor is joined to the vibration exciter by flexible coupling. Or in the case of two shafts vibration exciters driven by two motors, they are connected by toothed belt to keep synchronization. Meanwhile, the coke vibrating screen is also equipped with the mobile set to increase mobility and convenience.
