Biaxial Vibrating Screen
The biaxial vibrating screen, one patented product of ours (ZL 2004 2001104197.70), is applicable for screening sinter ores and pellets or dehydration in the metallurgical, mining and coal industry. It can be operated at a processing capacity of 400-600 tons of feedstock at most through reverse motion of vibration exciter driven by two synchronized motors. With this eccentric motion, the feedstock can move forward and be screened at the same time, three angles of the screen plate which are 5°, 10° and 15°. In operation, you are allowed to choose one angle of these or customized other angles based on your needs. These three angles are in proportional which makes the even distribution of feedstock and fine screening in the output. Compared with other vibrating screen, the biaxial vibrating screen increases its processing capacity by 10-15% and efficiency by 10%. In addition, it covers area from 1.5m*4.5m to 4m*10m and has a variable selection of screen area and power motor.
Features:
- The biaxial vibrating screen uses screen side plate that is seamless and riveted by HUCK bolts.
- It adopts duplicable damping technology which can be decrease dynamic load.
- Bearing are lubricated by oil or grease. Our patented intelligent vibrating exciter and centralized lubrication system are optional. The vibration exciter can reduce the oil temperature.
- Device for walking is optional.
- The complex spring consists of inner steel structure and outside rubber enclosure.
- The screen plate is made by alloy steel and driven by universal joint.
- Motor is totally isolated from vibration.
