Multi Section Vibrating Screen
The multi section vibrating screen is widely used in the metallurgical industry, mining industry and coal industry. It is composed of sieve core, damping spring, damping device, motor and its support. The sieve core is multi section type which vibrates section by section. When the feedstock is introduced into the vibrating screen, the screen moves in a linear way vibrated by a motor driven exciter in a reverse self-synchronous rotation. The angle between each section of the sieve core and screen surface can be adjusted according to the general equal thickness screening principle and feedstock composition to obtain a best combination of processing capacity and efficiency. In addition, the side plate, fabricated by a high quality stainless steel, is connected to the beam and vibration exciter by the high strength ring grooved rivet.
The multi section vibrating screen is generally equipped with 4 or 6 seated vibration exciter. With a screen pore size from 8mm to 50mm.it can process 1100 tons of feedstock per hour at vibration amplitude from 6mm to 10 mm and a vibration frequency of 16HZ. The unit power selection from 3.0*4kw to 7.5*6kw is available.
