Flotation Machine is a new type of flotation equipment that has the double function of absorbing slurry and self-sucked air. It uses the backward double-blade curved novel impeller. 5. Charging device : It consists of catheter intake pipe, when rotating impeller, the impeller chamber in produce negative pressure, the air through the hollow handle inhaled, and dispersion in the formation of air bubbles in the pulp, this contains a large number of bubbles pulp by leaves the rotation of the wheel force and was soon thrown to the stator, and further to make the bubbles in pulp refining, and eliminate the rotation of the pulp flow in the flotation tank movement, caused a large number of vertical rising micro bubble, provide necessary conditions for the flotation process.
