Jaw crushers
Jaw crushers are typically used in many medium duty primary crushing applications. A fixed jaw plate opposite and moving jaw plate size the material through as it passes from the top to the bottom of the crusher. The jaw crusher is typically fed from a rock box by a vibrating feeder.
A rock breaker should be positioned to assist with raking rocks into the crusher, reduce oversize, and to be able to reach into the crusher to assist with processing and clearing jams.
