Titanium carbide rods with fully customizable specifications

Compared with traditional high-speed steel bars, the cutting speed of hard alloy titanium carbide round bars can be increased by 3 to 5 times, which can significantly shorten the processing time in mass production. Its microstructure is uniform, and the grain size can be controlled below 1μm, ensuring consistent performance in all parts of the bar and avoiding tool failure caused by uneven material. In the mold industry, the cold stamping die inserts made from it have a service life 50 to 100 times that of steel inserts, which can significantly reduce the replacement frequency and production costs. As a key material in the high-end manufacturing field, hard alloy titanium carbide round rods have excellent corrosion resistance and are not prone to rust or deterioration when used in damp, acidic or alkaline environments. Its thermal conductivity is 15% higher than that of traditional tungsten carbide round rods, which can quickly dissipate the heat generated during the cutting process and reduce the risk of tool wear due to overheating. The bending strength of the round bar can reach 2500MPa, featuring both high hardness and certain toughness, thus avoiding the problem of breakage due to impact during use. In the aerospace field, precision machining tools are often used to make engine components, meeting the requirements of high-precision machining.
