Titanium carbide hard alloy rods - Strong load-bearing capacity

The length of this round bar can be customized according to specific requirements, ranging from 100 mm to 1000 mm. It is amenable to secondary processing techniques such as precision grinding and wire cutting, enabling the production of components with complex geometries. Although the initial cost is higher than that of conventional cemented carbide, the unit production cost is lower when service life and processing efficiency are taken into account. In gear manufacturing, hobs fabricated from this material ensure gear tooth surface accuracy of grade 6 or higher, meeting the stringent requirements of high-performance mechanical transmission systems. Compared to traditional high-speed steel bars, hard alloy titanium carbide round bars allow for a 3 to 5 times increase in cutting speed, significantly reducing processing time in mass production environments. The material exhibits a uniform microstructure with grain size controlled below 1 μm, ensuring consistent mechanical performance throughout the bar and minimizing the risk of tool failure due to material inhomogeneity. In the mold industry, cold stamping die inserts made from this material demonstrate a service life 50 to 100 times longer than those made from steel, substantially reducing replacement frequency and associated production costs.
