Titanium carbide hard alloy guide wheels exhibit an exceptionally broad operational temperature range, maintaining stable mechanical and functional performance across temperatures from −100 °C to 600 °C. This thermal robustness enables reliable application in both cryogenic environments—such as frozen pipe manufacturing—and high-temperature processes—including hot rolling. The hub and flange are integrally machined (rather than welded or bonded), eliminating risks of interfacial delamination or structural detachment and extending service life to over 100,000 hours. In cable manufacturing, these guide wheels ensure precise control of insulation layer concentricity, limiting radial deviation to ≤0.05 mm—thereby preserving dielectric integrity and overall electrical performance. Dynamic balance conforms to ISO 1940–1 Grade G0.4; under high-speed rotation, peak-to-peak vibration amplitude remains below 0.01 mm, significantly mitigating equipment-induced vibration and noise and enhancing occupational safety and workshop environmental quality. Owing to outstanding chemical inertness, the wheels do not react with metallic conductors—preventing surface contamination, discoloration, or material transfer. Particularly in precious metal wire drawing (e.g., gold and silver), the non-reactive, ultra-clean surface minimizes adhesion and loss of valuable material, thereby improving yield and reducing production costs.
