Flux Vibrating Screen
The flux vibrating screen is specially designed for screening solid solvent, such as limestone and dolomite. The feedstock moves in a linear way to be screened by the vibrating motor or motor with a vibration exciter. There are various types of screens from 1.2m*3m to 3.1m*7.5m which can be placed in the factories of different sizes. Our flux vibrating screen offers a high safety and long lifespan without block due to its reasonable and robust structure. For example, the side plate is riveted by HUCK bolts without weld. The contract part with the feedstock is made by anti-wear material. In addition, the patented design of screen plate and biaxial self-synchronous vibration exciter ensure the high processing capacity and low cost of usage.
