Shandong Yuanzhengxinghang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. specializes in the research, development and production of stationary rockbreaker booms, and its products are widely used in mining, metallurgy, sand and gravel aggregate processing and other fields.
Main Features
1. Modular and high strength design
The arm consists of hydraulic pump station, rotary support system, big arm and small arm, hydraulic breaker and controller, etc. It supports quick replacement of breaker, bucket, hydraulic drill and other tool heads to meet diversified operational requirements.
It adopts high-strength manganese steel welded structure with strong impact resistance, and the internal buffer plate is set up to withstand heavy loads to ensure stable operation under adverse working conditions.
2. Intelligent control and flexibility
It supports three operation modes: closed cab, wired or wireless remote control, and 5G light remote control system, which makes the operation precise and convenient.
With the ability of multi degree of freedom movement, it can realize accurate positioning and operation in complex space.
3. Energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency power
Adopting 380V/50Hz motor drive, the energy cost is more than 75% lower than the traditional diesel equipment, and the operation noise is low, which is in line with the environmental protection requirements.
The core components of the hydraulic system (such as constant pressure variable pump, proportional valve) are mostly imported from Germany, combined with the load feedback technology to realize high energy efficiency and stable output.
4. Adaptability and expandability
The length of working arm can be customized (from 1m to 20m), and it supports two types of installation: rotary support type (H-type) and steering cylinder type (Z-type), which can be adapted to different space constraints.
Equipped with quick couplings, the tool head can be flexibly replaced to meet a variety of tasks such as crushing, slag clearing, clamping and so on.
Typical Application Scenarios
1. Mining and quarry
Dealing with crusher inlet blockage, clearing the “tiger mouth” of open-pit mines or underground mines, and improving the efficiency of ore transfer.
2. Metallurgy and Foundry
Cleaning of metallurgical slag, removal of ladle liners, and disposal of large metal residues in foundries.
3. Sand and Aggregate Processing
Assist in handling oversized boulders alongside crushing plants or mobile crushers to optimize the aggregate production process.
