Transportation requirements for L-Alanyl-L-Tyrosine
1. Temperature control
Frozen transportation: For long-distance transportation, it is recommended to use dry ice or ice packs to maintain a low temperature (-20°C to 4°C) to prevent the product from melting or degrading due to temperature rise.
Short-distance transportation: Insulated boxes with ice packs can be used to ensure that the temperature does not exceed 25°C during transportation.
2. Packaging protection
The outer packaging should be sturdy (such as cardboard boxes or plastic boxes), and the inside should be fixed with bubble wrap or foam board to prevent container damage, which may cause product leakage or moisture.
Liquid products should be packed in leak-proof packaging (such as glass or plastic bottles with sealing rings), while powder products can be vacuum-packed or nitrogen-filled for protection to reduce contact with air.
3. Compliance
As a chemical or pharmaceutical intermediate, it must comply with relevant regulations (such as the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals") during transportation. If it is not a hazardous material, an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) must be provided for the reference of the transporter.
International transportation may involve customs declaration. The purpose of the product (such as "pharmaceutical intermediate" or "food additive") must be clearly defined, and necessary test reports (such as purity and microbial indicators) must be provided.
